Townecraft Chef's Ware is under warranty against failures in workmanship and materials.

At any time, any failed part of a product will be repaired or replaced without charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or alterations to the product. Neither does it cover damages by accident.

Townecraft Inc. also guarantees that in the event of total destruction of the cookware due to flood, fire, tornado, hurricane, or other acts of God, that upon proof of loss the purchaser will have the right to replace those items at one-half (1/2) the then current retail price of the cookware.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
